Aromatherapy Massage:
A massage treatment which incorporates the use of essential oils as well as kneading parts of the body  for therapeutic purposes. The oils are absorbed through the skin and lungs and can affect the body on many levels mentally, physically and emotionally. This treatment can be either deeply relaxing or uplifting all depending on the oils chosen. This treatment requires an in-depth consultation to establish an oil blend that meets the clients needs as well as being appropriate and safe.

Swedish Massage:
A massage treatment that involves working and kneading the soft tissues of the body to promote relaxation and tension relief. It can also be particularly beneficial to rehabilitate muscles that are over worked as it increases oxygen rich blood to the area which promotes healing.

Hot Stone Massage:
An ancient Swedish massage treatment which incorporates the use of heated basalt stones that relax muscles on a deeper level allowing for greater manipulation and feelings of comfort and warmth.
Reflexology:
Is a non intrusive therapy, based on the theory that different points on the feet correspond with different parts of the body. By applying pressure to these points it keeps the body in balance by activating the bodies natural ability to heal into an harmonic state of well being.
